I think Luby is constipated...

She was spayed on Friday, and thankfully, has recovered nicely from it. She seems to be back to her normal self today. But since then she's only poo'd twice. She came home at 4:30 Friday evening. Her first one was yesterday (Sat) around 7PM, and it was just one very solid mass. Her second one was in the middle of the night last night and it was small, but also very hard.

Since then, she's squatted twice as if she had something to pass, but didn't.

Any home remedies you guys have?

I just spend a million dollars at the vet for the spaying, and I'd rather not have to take her back in if I can avoid it...

Canned pumpkin! Not pumpkin pie filling but just canned pumpkin. Lots of fiber, should work for her.

A wise sage suggested small amounts of Karo Dark Corn Syrup when we concerned about Rattagan after his surgery. We didn't need to do anything though, it "worked" itself out in a few days.
