my baby has these bumps/knots on his head.

There is no hair loss and its not itchy and it doesnt hurt what is it.

No they look like pimps. he had one wen i got him but it was under his arm...Some said that if they have their 1st shots they get bumps some times.

Could be hives if he ate something that didn't agree with him. My Nickle gets hives from amoxicillion so they had to give him a different antibotic

Oscar gets them occasionally.  They seem to come and go and never seem to bother him.  They were discussed here.

Jeter and Bonita's Nibbler both had similar sounding bumps, just on their heads. Turned out to be a bacterial infection. Nibbler I believe got oral antibiotics for them and I was given a antibacterial cream for Jeter. If they don;t clear up soon I would see your vet.

Nibblers started on his head, and then worked its way down to his shoulders and then to his hip area.
IF they don't go away soon, take him to the vet. The antibiotic was relativly cheap I think it was like 13.00
