Uploading an Avatar:
- Make sure your pictures physical size is 200x200 pixels or smaller (Image will be resized if too large)
- Make sure your image file size is less than 125kb.
- Make sure your image has a .jpg (all lowercase) extension.
- Navigate to your profile section.
- Click on the "Edit profile" link.
- Browse to the location of your new avatar on your computer using the "Browse" button for "Upload Avatar".
- Click on the "Update Profile" link at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: any modifications to your profile will require that your avatar be reloaded. |

You can do it a couple of ways, but this is probably the easiest.
Right-click on the image> retype the name of the file and make sure that everything is lower case. |

Ya...still no luck. I even tried getting my daughter to help me, and nothing. I just have to say... Oh My GOODNESS! Don't let Jack Jack hear me say this but...that is the cutest baby ever! I wish I could have seen my baby when he was that little! That picture makes me smile! |

| When you browse your computer and click on the file then it shows the file extension, just scroll to the very end of that box/line and change the .JPG to .jpg. |

No matter how I try it. It only lets me chose from a couple of pictures never whatever I want. Tried downsizing picture, lowercasing. does not matter |

| Ok, what's the trick for changing the avitar? When I try, it gives me a "Update completed", but the avitar won't change. I tried removing the old one first and everytime I hit "update profile", it goes back to the same picture. Now I feel like a DumbDumb too. |

Kim, sometimes it just takes a little while to go through or you have to refresh your browser.
I think I see the new one...its one of the pictures that you just posted where Amos has his tongue hanging out? |

| For some reason it does not work for me. Part of the reason I am sure is that I am computer illiterate and machine deficiant. They just don't like me! I try to deal with computers and other machines and I am very careful to be polite and civil in my manner to the machines but it does not work. So I must have my kids do it or get a hammer and hammer the blasted thing into very small pieces!!! |
