Hi. I did a search but was unable to locate any rat terrier breeders in Ireland. However, (and I do this each and every time someone inquires about getting a rattie) have you considered checking the animal rescue organizations there? I didn't find any definitive rat terriers, but all of the following terrier mixes are looking for a good home, and I'm sure would make a loving, grateful companion for you.
Jade is a female 6 month old Terrier Cross. She loves cuddles and is a real character. Contact Louth Inspector, Fiona Squibb, at Tel: 042 9335045 quoting Ref 1371 (updated 16/08/07)
Jack is a brown and white male Terrier Cross. He is very friendly and loves to be fussed over. He would make a great family pet. Please contact the National Animal Centre on 043 25035 or email info@ispca.ie (updated 13/08/07)

Judy is a four month old female Terrier Collie Cross pup. Judy is the funniest little pup. She is always up to some mischief or other! Judy likes to live life in the fast lane. Judy is in a foster home where she is adored. She adores children and loves to play with other dogs. Judy is looking for a home where she will get lots of attention as she is a very active puppy. When fully grown we expect Judy to be a medium sized very pretty dog. Contact Limerick Animal Welfare at 061 336740 or 087 6371044 or email them (updated 10/07/07)
