how do i get a picture under my name on the left hand side like everyone else? i uploaded a picture in my profile but it doesn't show up. HELP!

In your profile, you can upload a pic to your avatar but it might have to be resized if it's too large, and also has to be .jpeg (lower case, not UPPER case).  Be sure to click on 'update profile', too!
