Well, we just arrive home from picking her up in Orlando (long long drive). She's very cute and very "squeaky". She follows us everywhere, and has already learned to get DH's attention by bringing him Lacey's donut toy (which we are amazed she could even pick up!) after watching him throw it for Lacey in the back yard. This one may be 'wicked' smart! |

| So far, so good! She's been going outside to do the puppy business, and she actually slept 5 hours straight last night as quiet as could be. About 4 am, she got up and DH took her to the family room to snuggle and snooze. We are waiting until she is a bit older before bringing her into our bed. |

Anudder puppy in the house, how cool is that. Pokey is a darling little girl and I like the spotted butt/tail combination.
Where do you live, somewhere in Florida? We're in Palm bay.
I looked at your website also, so you're garmentos, eh? The first 15 of the last 20 years my company did software and systems for garment manufacturer's. But everyone went to Central America and either went out of business or brought in investors that fired us. |

Hi Philo,
We do commercial embroidery, screen printing and direct to garment printing. You can't see it in the photo, but the snuggly beds are embroidered with "Lacey's Rat Nest" and "Pokey's Rat Nest" Haven't developed the webstore yet, but we print and embroider on doggie shirts too. Lacey has quite a collection, lol!
I'm sorry about the outsourcing of the garments, you are right that most of our items come from Asia or Central America. We are a small shop, just me and DH, two embroidery heads and the rest of the stuff. Our shop is right behind our house, very convenient commute!
We are in NE Florida, Amelia Island to be exact.

Oh no worries Bobbi, we've transistioned to a new line of business: motorcycle training and school management software. We have our own school with locations over much of South Florida and an application service that we sell to other schools around the country. I'd rather ride a Harley than a sewing machine!
You're very close to Mary Beth.
I'm happy to see your puppy is home and looking forward to see how things develop. It an "interesting" experience here right now. |
