I know some of you were wanting to fix the time so it showed the correct time on the posts for your location.

I think I found where you can do this but let me know if you have any problems.

1. At the top right of the homepage...below the blue menu bar...click on your username.

2. Click on "Manage Profile"

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.  There should be a "Timezone" setting.

When I see the time in the original posts, it shows it as 4 hours off. when I quote it it shows it as only an hour off. Odd!

Morgan: NO PROBLEM!!!!! Thanks for trying. IMO, it's one of the small details that's nice, but not vital.

Hey, don't sweat it!  Remember the first site -- it was always on Pacific time!  Good way to keep us on our toes (and make us learn our time zones    )

I have my profile open in another window and I still can't see an option for changing time zones. After posting this message will see what my time is!

I set it for my time zone and it was still one hour wrong, so I changed it to the next setting that made the time show up correct for me---I think I set it for Atlantic/Canada time, though.  Whatever---it shows up the right time for me now!

That does work Paul -- maybe it's not set up for Daylight Savings Time, so you have to go a timezone over????

No wait - if it were Daylight Savings wouldn't that be the other direction????  I hate DST - I get so confused.
