my avadar is still missing? I know it is small...do I need another 1?tx linda

I'm not sure. Try and load it again. You don't need to worry about the size, it will resize it on it's own. Just make sure it's in lowercase jpg format

yea its in small e-mail size like the last one I had I use OFFICE picture manager,and they useaaly work fine.. thanks
