I am having trouble with loading my avator. I have lowered the size to less thatn 200X200 and they are both in jpg.  Can anyone help?

After you load your picture and change it to jpg in the browser bar, did you hit update profile. Then I usually have to hit refresh for it to show up or change if I'm adding a different pic. On my avatar pic I don't even resize them.
