I have a mac at work and at home. I am never able to start my own new post and I can't always email. Sometimes but not always.

I noticed that when I'm at work sometimes I'm not listed in the people on line. Is that because I use the same log on at home?

Yes Brittany it is frustrating. I'd never turn away from my mac now that I have them. I LOVE them.

And NEVER thought I would.

Oh Mac's are the way to go.. Its amazing to me that people still buy pc's (No offense to all of you out there) But once you use a Mac you will understand.
My boyfriend has had his mac powerbook for like 7 years (and still is using it)..in that time I went through 3 pc's.

Maybe someday someone will figure out why this site doesn't like us hahah. I have never had problems on any other website.
who knows!

I love this site! Not sure I have it all figured out yet, but I am thrilled to find out there are so many rattie lovers out there. My dad got me started with a lovely little girl 5 years ago. The photo if it came through, is of Roxie and Libbie (the baby). Always had big dogs; in fact, still have my 11 & 13 yr old Labs

Moderator's: can one of you start a new topic for me with the below text? THanks!!

Hey everyone-
so thanks to much of the knowledge that I learned from many of you I have discovered just how awful pet store food is.
For about the past month I have making my own food! (as many of you also do)
Well in the last few weeks I have had several request from friends and other's to make food for their pups and they would pay me extra. This has given me the grand idea of starting my own little business. (I could get the food vet recommended Im quite sure)
I was just curious how much if you guys could give me your opinions on how much you think would be a fare price to charge..and would you would be willing to be if you where to buy.
So far Ive come up with charging about $65 for a month supply of meat and vegi's prepared in the best way (for digestion for the pups) This would include a one cup serving per day. It would come frozen so that you just thaw it in the fridge one day in advance. I would charge less of course for different sizes ect.
Any suggestions or ideas that you guys might have would be awesome!!
Thanks so much in advance.

I ordered a t-shirt and two scarves but they have not come yet. That was February 29th.

bhjewelry@windstream.net is where I sent the money.

Any clues?

Can someone email me about this?

This site is great!   We did a little research before bringin our ratty into the family.  Everthing I read in here confirms we made a great choice.  The info I am getting is going to make us and Tink happy for a long time.

We got her from a local lady who "by accident" became a breeder.  She had a male and female pair of registered ratties (UKC) that got together when she wasn't looking.  She was in the middle of a move so we got her right at 51/2 weeks.  We have had her 3 days.  A little young to take away from mom but she is adjusting to us well.  We still have 4 kids at home so she is getting a lot of love but I seem to be the one she knows is in charge and has attached to me.  She is already showing signs of being the smartest dog I ever saw.

Not surprising. Ratties are the smartest breed most of us have ever met! Sometimes too much so

Hello everyone! I have a friend that is interested in adopting a Rat Terrier in Atlanta Georgia. I have heard of Ratbone rescue having days where they take their available dogs in the area to Petsmart. Do ANY of you know of when this happens or how I could find out more.
Thanks everyone.

Welcome britannia.  Post about your friend ove in our Rescue Forum.  The people here connected with Ratbone Rescue, RatTerrierResQ and links to available dogs in Georgia will most likely be seen there more quickly.  Georgia has more than its fair share of ratties in kill shelters in Georgia that need adopting and FAST.

Beth: One of our members, Doreen, I think, uses a Mac (I believe). She posts new topics. It might be an idea to PM her and see if she has any tips/tricks she uses. I'm not Mac-familiar.
