Just go to the top left of the page and scroll over Forums. Click on Photos : Ratties.
Click on Add New Topic.
Scroll to the bottom to where it says message attachments.
Browse your computer for your pictures and then click ok, or open (whatever it says)
Make sure the file is under 125kb.
