Maggie had a great day and seems on the way to full recovery. I would never have believed she could recover from what I witnessed, much less in so short a time. She seems to realize she exerienced something bad as she was extra lovable and happy today. We worked in the yard for awhile, and that is when she is the happiest. She goes back and forth from hunting lizards, grass snakes, any thing that moves to being in the middle of what we are doing. If I rake some leaves up and start to put them in a bag, she waits till I am scooping them up, then attacks. It is a fun game to her. Thanks so much for all the comments and thoughts. |

| Sounds like Maggie has made a full recovery and y'all have had a fun day together. It is amazing how sick they can get and yet how quickly they can bounce back. |

| It's sooo good to hear she's doing better. What did your vet finally attribute all the bleeding to? |

All she would say was it apparently was Pancreitis, which I think just means a bleeding pancreas due to eating something bad. She eliminated toxins with the blood tests and could not feel a problem with the stomach. The IVs apparently flushed out the bad stuff, whatever it was. I was just convinced that the volume of blood she was passing had to mean torn up intestines. So, I was expecting the worst.

| Just saw this, had to send good thoughts to Maggie. I have to admit I was confused when I saw the title of the post. My name is Maggie and I was trying to figure out what prayers I needed...lol. (I'm easily confused.) I hope she continues to keep doing better, and that she recovered o quickly. |

Thank you, and sorry for the confusion. Would it have helped had I said Maggie Mae?

Thank you, she bounced back in a hurry and with more energy than ever. I thought sure it was much more serious than it tured out to be. I thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
