Recently, my rat terrior Mayor was frightened and he sprayed his anal gland all over the place. Since then he seems to do it all the time without being scared. My bed smells like it, my couch, and my car. So I am just not sure if he didn't get it all out the first time or if now he just does it.

Wow! I have never heard of this. You might want to get him checked to see if they are still full and he is just pumping out what is over flow. You can do this yourself, but I let my vets office do it. Yuck! I hope this helps.

I would have the vet check it out...never had this problem with either of mine.
