Jack is a great looking Rattie. I know whatever is meant to happen will, with his pending adoption.. and glad you'll be checking on him again in a few days.

Have you checked on Ratbone Rescues:  http://ratbonerescues.com at their Ratties for adoption? I noticed the shelter is in Washington where Jack is located. I know there is 1 rattie on the Ratbone website that is Washington. I had 2 in Portland Oregon that were just adopted, but I think there are several available in California right now too. Ratbone will help with transporting their dogs to their new homes, up to 600 miles.

he's gorgeous!! I checked the link and it said that he was adopted. did you end up getting him? please post pics of him and his new family soon.

male deckers seem to be larger, and the higher percentage of decker line they have, the bigger they are. my girls are deckers, and their dad is about 28 lbs, but their mom is 23 lbs. so this guy is a little bigger than average.

Buddy - gone but never forgotten.

Jack was adopted by someone else. I'm just glad he found a home. My search for a playmate for Scratch has ended though, we just adopted a bt/chi mix that will be coming home to us on Friday. Thank you everyone for all the information and support.
