How do you send a PM?

Is this correct: When clicking on a member's name and choosing "send email" this message will be sent to their email address.

On the left hand side where "just Chat' etc. is there is a box that says Private Messages. Click on your inbox and then new message then type in the user's name. Voila ... easy as 1,2,3
