Thanks to everyone for your advice and support. We filed our application with ratbonerescues tonight - and are hoping that there is a rattiein our future. I'll keep you posted as things develop.

| Our number one pick is Benny from Wisconsin (page 14). He is only a year old and 11 pounds, both of which are appealing as we have a little house and it's our first dog. Also - we're in Iowa, so it would be easy to go for a pre-adopt visit if we're approved. We also like Milly in GA (page 15) and Tommy & Linus in IN (pages 13 & 12). I'm sure it will work out that we get hooked up with the dog we're meant to have - I'm a big believer in fate .... so it's probably all outlined for us somewhere in the stars. |

| Benny is a beauty, I have been looking at that sweet baby, wishing for him to have a forever home. I think Linus got adopted today from what I heard on another thread here yesterday...but they are all beautiful babies! |

| Yes Linus was adopted last night. I picked him up and brought him home. The same foster Linus was with had Tommy and she said he was a great dog. I think Tommy was neutered just the other day. |

No - no news. I too saw the adoption pending thing this a.m. - we had just applied at like 8 p.m. last night...so it's likely there's someone else in Benny's future. Keeping fingers crossed that we find our forever rattie! |

Hey Sue - where are you in NY? I grew up in Western NY between Buffalo & Rochester. My parents, brother and in-laws are all there. By chance are you fostering now? I really like Mickey Moo Moo (I see he's in NY), but my husband wasn't sold on him for some reason. I think it was the cute poem that did it for me.

This is great!!! CongRATs, I was looking at Benny and thought he would make a great addition to a family. He is so cute, I hope all goes well for you. Even though I have already adopted, I still look on Ratbone website weekly, you just never know......
