I went into my profile and selected tracking but how do you get the tracking to work. So it emails me when people post to a topic i started?

Are you talking about the check box that says "Subscribe to Topics"? I don't think we have it set up to work.

You can check under My Forums to see if there any replies to threads that you have replied to....including threads you've started. Not as quick as email notification but it works.
