I have made sure that the new avatar is .jpg, I have resized the image to 200 x 188 pixels. I try to upload the new avatar and it just reloads the old one. What am I doing wrong?
His name is Hendryx! He's a rat terrier! OK!

Try hitting the refresh button, I changed mine today and that's what I had to do.

did you "remove" the old one first and then update?
also....mine never shows up right away...i always have to reload the webpage...log off and then back in and see...

What every one else said.

If your old one is still showing up then you are probably doing nothing wrong and just need to refresh or log out and back in.

Let me know.

I tried logging in and out, refreshing, and other stuff. Now, I just refreshed again and there it is. Sheesh. Thanks to everyone. Oy vey, it shouldn't be this hard.
