I have tryed now six different times to update my atavar. it isn't working !!!! HELP!!! what am I doing wrong and what do I have to do to make the photos stick they won't stick!! |

| I tryed again and I get them in the little slot, but no photo appears after that. I feel very sad and frustrated. I am just not doing something right and I don't know what it is. I tryed refresh and that just makes them go away immedieatly. Not sure why I did this right before but not now for some reason. URGGGGG!!!! |

| Hmmm... You are going to My Profile, Edit Profile, and clicking in the box where you can upload a pic for use as your avatar? The pic should be in jpeg format. Is it? If so, try resizing it down to around 200X200 pixels, as well. Once you have chose the picture you want, scroll down and click on update profile BEFORE you click refresh. |

| I've noticed with mine that I have to remove the avatar that is there then upload a new one or it doesn't work. Maybe you could try that and see if it works? |

| The most common cause for this is that the photo you selected for your avatar is too small. The largest it can be is 200x200 pixels. Once you have one that size or smaller it will work. |

I am having trouble changing photos on my avator too.... when I removed my old avator, then try to use a new avator, then my old one pops back up.... I tried last night and again today.... no luck on the specific photo i wanted to posted  hopefully i'll get it right soon... |

| It will show the old one in the profile section at first, but it will put up the right one. At least thats what mine does for some reason!! |

| THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! It now is working I followed the instructions step by step. I really feel like a computer idiot most of the time and even doing something successfully one time does not mean that I will be able to do it again. |
