I have been trying to change my avatar photo. I remove the old one, click the browse button to open the new photo I want and then click update profile. Once the update is complete, the original avatar is still there and the new photo is nowhere to be found.
What am I doing wrong and can you good folks help me please?

| Don't worry, it is there - your old avatar is just cached by your browser. A shift-refresh might be enough to update it, or you might just need to wait a while. |

Hi Lance,
The shift refresh didn't work. I uploaded the photo in the upload avatar line but it "saved" in the photo file area. Is it possible to move a pic from there and make it an avatar?

I'm still not having any luck with this. I don't know if it is my computer or my own ineptitude  Anyway, when you can and don't feel you have to rush, I'm just getting in cue for all the wonderful things you guys do and are doing and have done!!!

Oh I 'm glad you are seeing him. I will be patient and see when it pops up on my computer, there could be some setting directly on my hard drive that is hiding it from me.
