Oh, Ryan...you'd be hard pressed to find a rattie here or anywhere that doesn't sleep under cover!

This should be part of the breed standard! LOL. Daisy sleeps under the covers at night and often if she gets up on my lap and I don't have a throw, she'll paw at my lap until I get something to cover her up with so she can nap comfortably. Ha ha!

Heath also goes in and out all night, he can't get under by himself though so he usually paws my face lightly so I will lift up the covers....I was cold the other night and he was not near me, so I reached over and pulled him up close to me so we could snuggle, lol.....

Yep 2 of mine will burrow under the cover, and will do anything to get there. Sometimes I wake up and find Lucy's head on the pillow next to me, and covered, and Kip always goes to my feet, I never know when she comes under, and comes out. But she noses her way in.
Fiona does not like any covers or blankets on her, she sleeps on top, I wish she would get some warmth under, but she will fight it.

Hendryx sleeps on top of the covers until dawn. Once the sun starts peeking over the horizon, Hendryx yawns, stretches, and plunges under the covers to the foot of the bed to escape the deadly rays that interfere with his sleep.

His name is Hendryx! He's a rat terrier! OK!

Of course..I think it comes from their breeding..Just think about it. They were bred to kill rats, like in a barn, where they had to burrow under piles of hay, and such, to get to the rats running away from them...

Pepper doesn't sleep under the covers, but does like her afgan when sleeping in Allen's chair!
She loves to shred the polyester filled comforter I have. I had to put it between two cotton blankets! It goes in the dumpster as soon as it warms up.

I never knew what I was missing until Pepper was literally dropped in my lap.....Life is good.

Cash loooves the covers. He acts like he can't get under them to get us to lift them up for him (but I know good and well he can do it, because he burrows under there when we aren't home!) He starts off completely covered up, usually in between my legs but gets hot and ends up with his head on a pillow and the rest of him covered. He HATES when the alarm goes off and will stand up sigh, turn around and plop back down. He would have no problem staying in bed allll day long, but once he gets his morning belly rub he's ready to go!

Sadie loves going under the covers and I often find her next to me with her head on the pillow in the morning.  Sometimes she's on top of the covers, but she's always close by.  She will also nudge me to lift the covers for her.  (I'm well trained...)

Hargan starts on top curled up next to Hubbys knees and then after 20 min comes to the top of the bed noses his way under the covers and curls up next to me.....when he gets hot he lays on top in the same spot and then back under he goes, by morning his head is normally sharing my pillow. When we got him he didn't like to be underneath, but then winter came and like us he likes his warmth.....lol

Mollie loves to get under blankets. Actually she likes to be under anything. Many times she will actually bury herself under her bed.

Baby Doll, the rat terrier I got for my mother, sleeps under the covers in Mom's bed.  She is not allowed to stay the night on Mom's bed, because we don't want her (Baby Doll, not Mom) to be wandering around the house while we are all asleep.  She get very comfortable under there, specially when she is worn out from digging in the yard, and kind of resents being disturbed for her trips outside.  She is climbing all over me right now.

Definitely!  Undercover terrier!

Chloe will go under the covers and kick until you give her the space she wants. She is a bed hog! But by morning, her hed is up on the pillow, body still under the covers and she is snuggling away with me! She is 9 1/2, we have had her since she was 7 weeks old. She is getting sweeter as she gets older.
