| I'd heard really bad things about Alli. Basically, it forces you to eat non greasy or fatty foods or you will need thos dark pants and change of clothes. Doesn't sound like a good thing to me. |

Dont you just love those commercials that tell about certain meds and have all that calm, serene music in the background, and a very pleasant-sounding woman's voice that happily tells you all the side effects of stuff, including----FATALITY??? Geeeez---I dont get it.
And MB, I've heard about some really strange things that happen to people that DO eat greasy, fat foods after taking Ali----the fat and grease "ejects" itself out of your body!
It's not cheap, either! |

From the Alli website: !!!! This cannot be good for people!
What are treatment effects?
alli™ works by preventing the absorption of some of the fat you eat. The fat passes out of your body, so you may have bowel changes, known as treatment effects. You may get:
- gas with oily spotting
- loose stools
- more frequent stools that may be hard to control
What to expect
The excess fat that passes out of your body is not harmful. In fact, you may recognize it as something that looks like the oil on top of a pizza. Eating a low-fat diet lowers the chance of these bowel changes. Limit fat intake in your meals to an average of 15 grams. |

I think that's called anal leakage. Being fat isn't so bad after all. |

My friend was asking my opinion on MyAlli. I told her that I was her alli and all she needed to do was to change her way of eating (not diet), have more confidence and follow through.

Yup! They tell you all this side affects like headaches, back aches, watery eyes, upset stomach, hair loss, leaky butt ( ) and I think to myself..." I think I'd just rather stick to my original 'problem'.

| Have kids, chase them around. If you don't have kids, chase your ratty around. If your ratty won't run, borrow someone's 3 year old, trust me, the mom will be happy to oblige. The thought of taking a drug like that willingly...doing that to your body willingly... sheesh. That's just bad form all the way around! I mean seriously, think about it. When your body does something like that without your help, you call it being SICK! |
