I've been so busy reading an posting on here that I didn't realize it is already after 2:00!  R-T.COM is a great weight loss tool.    But, I'm going to go eat a Lean Cuisine now.  See y'all in an hour.

I skip lunch (well the eating part) a lot because it's not until 2:30 and by then if I eat, I won't be hungry for dinner

I feel your pain...I often get "busy" on the weekends and "forget" to eat. (good thing I have two little guys that will NOT let me forget that 12:00 is LUNCHTIME!!)
