My best friend talked with the editior of the paper that interviewed me.  He mentioned that they should have a pet colum.  Well guess what.  I'm meeting with them tomarrow morning.  They will let me put a column in.  We are basically talking.  I'm not sure if I will write the column or they just want my idea.  I guess I'll find out in the morning.

Well I won't be getting paid but I don't care. They said maybe later. So I have to write a couple sample writings about 400-500 words. And if they like it then they will add it to thier paper. I have to figure out a cute name for my column. I have no clue. I was thinking of Barky's Corner but not sure. I'm going to do one of flea season and keeping pets cool in the summer.

Consider an internship. If you're a journalist, a good internship is priceless, because it's a great way to get your writings published.

Are you doing a dog column only? If it's a generic animal column, pick something that doesn't signify dogs, cats or other

How about the Wag Bag? It could be shaped like a paper bag or something. Sounds silly i guess.
