I just ate a country ham sandwich with Mikesell's Kettle Cooked Chips and Clausen Bread & Butter pickle slices.  So, that got me wondering.

What is your favorite pickle?  I love bread and butter pickles and sweet gherkins (I love all pickles, but these are at the top of my list)

What is your favorite potato chip?  I love Mikesell's Kettle Cooked - I've had other kettled cooked, but I think Mikesell's are the BEST!

I HATE pickles!!! (But I will eat pickle relish if it is mixed up in potato salad, chicken salad, etc.)

Favorite chips--I LOVE chips of any kind, but the Cajun Crawtaters are one of my absolute faves. We don't find them just anywhere around here, so when I do find them, I buy several bags.

ooooh, those Cajun Crawtators are good! Can't remember the brand name. They had a limited edition flavor, Caribbean Crunch, that was really good too.

Chips: Just Plain Lay's Potato Chips for eating out of the bag or Tostito's Scoops for dipping w/ salsa

Potato Chips? What are those?????? haha (been so long since I've had one I forgot what they are!)
Pickles -- bread & butter
I'm in the minority on this... but I don't eat country ham. I eat "city" ham. Just about all southerners eat country ham but me.

I tried making some one summer.  The recipe I used had too much lemon in it.

I like kosher dill pickles and bread & butter pickles and sweet pickles.  I like all chips, especially Cheetos.

Pickles: kosher dills or bread and butter. Alton Brown on foodtv.com has a great recipe for refridgerator B&Bs.
Chips: Old Salty's from Rockford, IL. Lay's Kettle Cooked are a fine alternative.

I like all pickles except fast food pickles... dunno why... but the claussen halves are my favorite... must be halves, the others just taste different.

As for chips, I rarely eat chips, but I think I would choose salt n' vinegar to be my favorite... although if I'm having tuna then plain Lays chips are a must, but not as a side, they must be on the sandwich or crunched up and mixed in the tuna Don't like plain otherwise...

I'm weird

I don't like pickles, but my son Dillon loves them, he was called "Dill Pickle" for along time and sometimes people still call him that. He was Dill Pickle before the baby on Rug Rats. As far as chips, I usually try to eat baked Lays, the sour cream kind are good.

Claussen pickles are THE best.  And they have to be completely covered in pickle juice in the jar or I won't eat them.

Chips....any BBQ chip and I love Cheetos.  Oh, and SunChips are really good.

I prefer sweet pickles, but just the kind that are home made. My all time favorite are Sweet Cinnamon Pickles. They take too long to make(3 days)

Chip-Doritos!(got the orange fingers to prove it!)
