But here goes, I got this in my email today. I went to the website and under BROWSE SHELTERS, did the drop-down to NEW YORK then under ALL CITIES I found RATBONES RESCUES. I cast the 1st and only vote, I'm listed as anonymous... which was dumb on my part, now that I think about it.
