Its for my best friend she lives in Reno,Nevada has two babies and one on the way this wensday well her hubby told her Tuesday night of this past week that he wants a dirvorce he hasnt really givin her a reason as to why he wants one either so it doesnt make sense to me they have been married for 4 years so im asking for a smiple pray request for her.. her hubby also told her that if she leaves with the kids outta state hes going to make sign her a paper staying that shell well come back for visit so he can see the kids she really needs alot of prayers right know please say them as much as possbile i dont know what else to say... and plus i dont know what to say to her to make things better im so lost as to what to say to her

Just tell her to hang in there cause the Lord never gives us more than we can handle. I am on my way to church and will say a special prayer for her. If they have any support groups for divorce like the one I went through it may help her it is called Divorce Care. Men can be just so much of a headache and a heartache.

I'll keep her in my thoughts too but tell her to watch out for herself. I know I sound mean but obviously someone has to look out for her and it's certainly not him. So often these "surprize" divorce requests are because of a 3rd person even if he doesn't admit it. No mater how friendly everyone tries to be it always come down to a business deal in the end. She needs good legal council. He can say all he wants about having her sign a paper but the terms are not just up to him. Sounds like he may have already received some legal council himself. Tell her not to sign anything without it being reviewed by someone who represents HER.

she wont and thank you so much Lisa for that specail little prayer for my friend it well help her i hope the only sad part about this is that she has yet to tell her mom and sisters i dont know if i should say something to them or just let her tell them either way there going to visit her in a month and half and by then they should be able to figure it out i hope at least. her mom is her best friend and shes on strike due to boeing so she doesnt know when her mom well be coming down there at all i hope its sooner then later. i just wish i lived closer then i could at least get her outta the house during the day even if he isnt there she doesnt need to be staying there

gosh i am so sorry she is going through this. i am keeping my fingers crossed and going to send a prayer for her

I would let her tell her family. My friend is going through the same time and she did not want to tell her family till she knew there was no hope. She hid it from them for 6 months I could not believe it but she was trying to work it out and did not want her family to have bad feelings about him if it did work out. Now he is getting nasty and everyone knows.

she did tell her mom today or the day before but i was talking to her and hes not willing to work things out he just doesnt love her anymore its just so hard to watch her go through this without any family close by i feel so bad for her... shes looking into what she can do with taking the kids outta state before anything gets to nasty

That is what I would do. Get home to her family asap. She just has to make sure to do it legally.

the only problem with that is she havin a baby on wesndsay on the 24th so for 6 weeks after that she cant leave till doctor gives her the clear im just lost as what to say to her !!!

Oh that is so sad. I too went thru a break up of my marriage when I was delivering my 2nd baby for some reason I just knew when I was on that table that the SOB was cheating on me and I needed get away from him and low and be hold after my c-section who takes off to be with his gal. Awful time I tell you just let her talk if she needs to and I will continue to pray for her.

thank you lisa ill be calling her alot this week to see how shes doing hopefully she can come back to washington state after the 6 weeks is up !!!

She just need to put the focus on her kids and herself I would think She should be able to get clearance so to speak to make the trip I know it is a hard time to do this kind of thing but everything will be okay in the end. What a jerk to tell her this before the baby but I guess no time is the right time. Keeping her in my prayers!!

Just be there for her..and thinking about her here..I hope things work out well at least before the kids are old enough to feel the effects of divorce..

Prayers are good, family support at a time like this is better, and getting hold of a lawyer is critical.
