Since I am having trouble finding things I can eat here, I've been eating loads of cake... usually one meal every day is just cake... 2 or 3 pieces.  They have some great cake at the hotel in Delhi.  In Pune, the cake is just good.

The wierd thing is that I am still losing wieght... I'm down to 81.5 kg, or about 180 lbs.  That's 6 lbs less than when I got here. So I can eat cake... and more cake... and then some chicken... then more cake... and I lose wieght.  I've got one jacked up metabolism... or maybe just a tapeworm?

Makes me wonder if you are having low blood sugars. Be careful. When you get home, you can hasa cheeseburger. lol You will probably go into beef overload, too. How much longer?

Reminds me of hte Atkins diet where you eat high calories foods such as cheese and meat and stil loose weight because you are not getting all the forms of nutrition. Eating cake is better than eating something that you make you ill. I took a nutrition class in college and the overwhelming idea was that most foods have some sort of nutritional value and the goal is choose the ones with the nutrients you needs and hopefully with the least things you don't need (fat, calories, sugar). Eating cake is better than not eating so I say pass the fork!

All cake, all the time! Are you getting sick of it yet? I'll bet your first meal at home will be a big steak or a cheeseburger.

They don't have the cake diet in Hungary, when I was there in 87 it was ICE CREAM - 103 outside and everywhere we went it was local frozen yogurt type ice cream......mmmmmm

I like cake!  What kinds of cake do they have in India?  Is it just the regular varieties or some different types?  When we lived in Germany they had so many varieties of fattening cakes...luckily I was thin and riding horses 4-5 hours a day so I could eat all I wanted.
