Last year we had a gift exchange between our fur babies...ratties AND non-ratties. The members bought gifts for other dogs with a limit of $20 (I think?)
I took names/addresses and exchanged them, trying to keep those together with the same number of dogs as to be equal and fair. Overall things went smoothly and I think in the end everyone ended up with a gift.
A few members have expressed interest in wanting to do it another year. Would anyone be interested? |

| Bailey never did get her gift, it got lost somewhere at the Canadian border. I'll probably do it again though. |

Ugh, Nancy...ya know, you were the only one I couldn't remember about. I knew the gift coming and going from Canada had issues but was thinking they finally got worked out.
We could possibly consider doing our exchange early...maybe the end of November or very beginning of December so that we can try to avoid so much of the shipping drama that always happens closer to Christmas.
There were several issues with shipping but they got worked out...just took much longer than expected for some gifts to arrive at their destination. |
