At least as normal as can be expected from a rat terrier household! Aka and Taffy are both feeling GREAT! I woke up this morning to a fierce bitey face war going on around me in the bed.
Aka sits up half leaning on me and with his back to the pillows. Taffy scrunches down with her butt up, gives it a wiggle, lets out this bloodthirsty amazon woman/xena warrior princess/banshee growl and lunges at Aka knocking him over and pretending to tear his throat out. Aka gallantly falls over, struggles to fight back and then...THEY TRADE PLACES!!
and recreate the scene again. This can go on for it seems hours but really isn't. They are so funny.
The minute I show that I am awake, the game immediately becomes "lets kiss momma till she yells at us!!!"
which they do, then I get out of bed so they can have the whole thing for a couple more rounds of bitey face and then it is time to go potty! whew. I am exhausted by the time I get them out the door!
But that's okay today. They seem to be feeling good and there is very little evidence of Aka's bumps so I guess we are over that one! Still don't really know what it was, but I will always have the hydroxizine on hand!!
