We're going away this week-end...Our back up doggie sitters are busy  Jeez, you'd think it's summer and they have a life. 
I have to use my 76 year old mother as a sitter for Ernie this week-end. She hasn't had a dog in her house for 20 plus years.
I tried to explain his quirks and how he likes to sleep in bed with us  How he may want to lick her legs or feet. Oh boyy !
How he might bark a little if he hears a noise or how he thinks he may be protecting her.  How he likes to get up at 5:00am for breakfast. 
We have it set up so he can go out her back door after he's clipped to a rope. I know he won't wonder but this would be the one time he would
I'm just hoping he offers some companionship and is a good boy. Pleease Ernie be a good boy for mom and dad.. All prayers Welcome
