Country comedy?  I was flipping through sirus satalite radio and ray stevens was on roadhouse singing the streak and I couldn't help but laugh I love country comedians like ray stevens and jeff foxworthy.  So I just wondered if anyone else does.

I really like Jeff Foxworthy. Not a big fan of Larry the Cable Guy. But Ray Stevens and Jim Stafford are both very funny.

I adore Jerry Clower. I met him at the Jonesboro, TN storytelling festival and he was pretty much a down home kinda guy. His stories always made me laugh, especially the one where he and his cousin and his I think he said band go to a church where they handle snakes. I laughed so hard and to this day I use his tag line as a quote!!

Jeff Foxworthy makes me laugh as does Bill Engal (sp). The other two are not my cup of tea. My grandmother loved Ray Stevens the Streak and I think he did a story about a squirrel in church that she thougth was wonderful.

I know there are some others but I can't think of them just now.

Laughter is a wonderful healing tool and a great way to gets lots of oxygen deep in your lungs from all the belly laughing!!

Yes, I like country comedy. I still get a kick out of Hee Haw reruns. Minnie Pearl was a very funny lady too.

awwwwwwwww... I miss Jerry Clower. Hubby and I saw him several times in person... GREAT comedian!
I like Jeff Foxworthy too.. hubby loves the blue collar comedy, but Larry the Cable guy is a bit too vulgar for my taste.
I also like Bill Cosby...(that's not country though)

I love Hee Haw I grew up watching it and never missed it.  I liked Grandpa and loved when he told everyone what was for supper.  But then again I love a good laugh

Does anyone remember the Tennesee Ernie Ford show? One night he had Mini Pearl on and they did a comedy sketch about boring out potatoes and stuffing with sausage then baking.

Ernie was holding the potato and Mini Pearl was doing the drilling with a hand held manual drill. Of course Ernie let the potato slip down to just below his belt line and began telling Mini to be careful. It was hilarious without being so vulgar or overly blatent. Of course Mini Pearl was a true lady and I loved her comedy. My great aunt Alma got to play washboard with her on a cruise once. Aunt Alma was the only one of the passengers to know how to play a washboard.

I like Ron White... The call me Tater Salad always makes me laugh!  And think Bill Engvall is sorta funny and I like that he works clean.  Jeff Foxworthy is OK... and I just don't get Larry the Cable Guy at all.
