I will be thinking about you today, that the surgery goes well, and you heal quickly...I know how important Katie's Campaign is right now, but just take it easy, and rest that hand, ok? I mean you can type with the other one, but do try to get some rest. Love you!

Thanks, Donna. I leave in about an hour. The hardest part this morning -- nothing to eat or drink -- I'm dying for a Coca-Cola! Thanks for thinking of me, I'll be glad to get it done and have my arm stop hurting so!

Oh, and KS's campaign really isn't important (don't tell her that) since she can't win - we're just having fun and trying to inspire others to jump in and have fun. So, a few days off won't matter! Though she does seem to be pining a bit for Marley.

Rest is the best medicine. Did they say anything about physical therapy, once it is all healed? Or is the surgery supposed to just fix it all?

Thinking of you Jan, hope you are resting and that the hand isn't too painful. Most that I've talked to said the after pain(post surgical) wasn't as bad as what they were going through on a daily basis.

Glad it went well. Take it easy for a few days and rest. I hope this gets rid of all the shoulder pain you've been having lately.

So glad everything went well Jan. You will be at 100% soon. Watch out for the pain meds, helps with the pain but screws up spelling.....LOL
