| So the glands thing has come up in a couple conversations recently, and I realized I don't know how to tell if they need to be expressed? What should I look for? |

| I've heard that they might start scooting their bottoms on the ground or licking that area alot. Also, they might start stinking or bulging in that area. |

Sassy scoots her bottom sometimes... I was told that they are activating their own glands when they do this..
But I don't know either for sure...
I never heard of such a thing till I joined this site... |

| Scooting, swelling, possibly odor. I don't think it is too commom for them to get plugged, but from what I understand scooting is the biggest sign. |
