Sounds like you are buying a bank foreclosure. Unless things have changed recently, don't be too set on that June 15th closing date. Banks are notorious (from what I have heard and seen) for dragging this process out up up to four months. In today's market they may need the cash though. I've heard of people actually negociating a lower price due to the bank taking so long. almost like a fine for inconvenience.
