1. They are trying to say that Nibbler is their dog. Somehow she has picutures dated two months ago.... Can you manually set the date on a camera?
2. The neighbor who saw him didn't want to comment because he didn't want to start anything with his owner.
3. My poor baby wanted to jump in my arms and the b*tch pulled him back HARD on the leash she had him on.
The police were involved and one of the officers took Nibs with him until this can all be sorted out. I have all the pictures, plus the links to this website and my myspace, all the vet records, and a statement from my vet that Nibbler is my dog. I don't know why anyone would be so mean to do this when she does he doesn't belong to her and that he wants so badly to be home with us. |

| OMG! I'd have to kick that B*tch's Arse!!!!!!!! (sorry to be so crude, but that's how I feel!) I'll take a collection for your bail money if you need me to!!!!!!!! Does Nibs have any special markings on him??? Maybe something the Vet can verify? As far as the date on a camera, YES you can set the date on a camera manually. |

When I first saw the subject my heart dropped to my stomach.
Hunny you will get your baby back even if it takes ME to come down there and get him myself!!
I don't know what you should do to prove he is yours, but everything you have sounds like it should be able to get your pup back.

It's VERY easy to manually set a date on a camera - anyone could do it. I'm glad you have all your bases covered and I'm glad they took Nibbler with them - he should not be in the house with that woman - PERIOD! He's better off with the police where you know he'll at least be treated fairly. This lady is going to go to hell - I'm glad your vet can testify to him being your dog - I want to punch the lady in the face - SERIOUSLY! |

This is a nightmare!!! I hope that you get Nibbler back. Any possibility that Nibbler is microchipped? That would surely settle it once and for all.

Micro-chipping is almost becoming a necessity these days...thats ridiculous.
Did you see the pictures she had? What was in the background of the pictures? How could she have gotten pictures of Nibbler? |

Oh Bonita, I am so sorry about all this. You and Adam and Fry and Nibbler are in my prayers. I pray that Nibbler is able to be home with you tomorrow. As soon as they are both home, I'd love to help you pay for their microchips. Just know that we all here love you and are in your corner. Hopefully, the police at the sight saw that Nibbler was trying to get to you. Keep calm and inundate her with your paperwork and I would also be checking into finding a good lawyer!
I'm serious about helping or paying for their microchipping! Nothing like this will ever happen again I pray but you will rest better knowing they are microchipped.

| What was her story? Is she a single woman or is it a family? Does she have any witnesses outside her family that can say when the dog first appeared? Nibbler is a unique looking ratty. No way it could be another dog that just looks like him, plus he was going crazy trying to get to you! What did the police say? Do you think they believed you more or her? |

What on earth is wrong with these people. I really hope this gets settled sometime quick. I can't believe someone would do that, especially after not even a whole day has passed. Are files in your computer saved with the date automatically, because then you would have clear proof of a timeline on there. That is just awful.
If Fry isn't microchipped I would have it done when he gets surgery on his leg tomorrow. |

| I JUST WONDder if she is the one that broke in and took nibs? i mean from the sounds of it, to me it sounds like a set up on her part! i can not believe people these days and what they do. you now god will be frowning on her! at least the police have him, but i am positive that nibs is missing his home and mommy and daddy! |

Who the HELL does that lady think she is  . I hate people like this. Some guy tried to do that with my friend's dog and she took him to court. It was obvious that it was my friends dog...get all the pictures you can, get all the medical records you can, see if someone from your vet's office can conferm Nibbler is yours. WHAT A HORRID PERSON! |
