Poor CoCo! Hopefully she will calm down with time. To a rattie who has only known love and kindness from humans those goons would have been horrifying.
All I have to say about those freaks that entered your apartment and were basically terrorizing your dog - you showed considerable restraint in dealing with them. They would have rued the day if they had entered my apartment and I caught them doing that......I'm usually a quiet person but if my family (including ratties, horses et al) is threatened I turn into a crazy woman.
Glad they were at least fired and you should change your locks. Lesson I've learned from this - if I ever live in an apartment I will crate all dogs when gone!
