I have kinda been around Nora. Guess I have been in a bit of a funk over this garbage with the VA & their creating of a different form of math than what I ever learned! I am going to appeal their decision and make sure I have private Doctors & medical documentation outside of the VA. As frequent as I have these terrible spasms in my back, it has at least afforded me a new phrase when it happens in front of other people. I just explain...

It's Okay, I'm Just Having One Of My Non Existent Back Spasms!

Of course when I am locked up in pain, it really does not seem non existent to me. But hell, what do I know... according to the VA I do not have spasms! I look so forward to not being able to sleep until 3-4 am tonight thanks to those non existent spasms!

Pain is not fun & pain management only goes so far!

Did not intend on bringing the mood down. Look, I have a beautiful wife, a 9, almost 10 year old son who I could not be prouder of, a piece of acerage that we are landscaping & is really becoming a work of art.

My sister & her daughters even just visited me from Michigan. I had to take them to JAX at 5am to catch their flight... was kinda hard on an hours sleep, bu I was happy for the visit.

About an hour before bed I take a half of a Lortab 10, one Robaxin & two Triazolam 0.125 to help me sleep. Still, I cannot sleep until 3-4. On a good night it is around 2. With Sleep Apnea & Cardiomyopathy, I really do not need to be taking that stuff before bed. If I could convience myself I do not have spasms like the VA says... I would be a happy camper!
