Thought we’d do two Graphics Fun for the month of June and they are spaced so the last will coincide with the upcoming July 4th holiday.

June 9th “Feelin’ Groovy” Ratties.  Take your Rattie back in time ot the hippy-dippy days of the 60’s.  For those of you to young to remember the 60’s (or those of you who just can’t remember the 60’s) here are some key words to Google:  The Summer of Love, Woodstock, Easy Rider, Mama’s and Papa’s, St. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, peace, love, flower power. Wow! I could go on forever!  Have fun and remember – no illegal substances!

June 23 Revolutionary Ratties.  Few people know that the War for Independence could not have been won without the forefathers (and foremothers) of our Rat Terriers.  Honor their service and our own forefathers, as we prepare to celebrate our nation’s 231st birthday, with this theme of Revolutionary Ratties.  Ratties side by side at all the important events leading up to our nation’s birth.   Who knew!?

If you look at the other threads in Photoshop Fun you should get the idea... like the pirates, beach bums, feelin groovy, etc... Basically we just take a picture of our ratties and use a graphics program to match the theme Then when you see Jan post that themes thread on the specified date, you post your work of art under it! It's not a contest, just for fun... and there is no deadline, so you could even post a picture to the first theme if you wanted.

So this next theme is Revolutionary Ratties... you could turn your rattie into a soldier fighting the war, or make them look patriotic in some way, or dress them up in that era's clothing.... or anything you can imagine... These themes are all about creativity and FUN! No skill required!

Just to add -- if I don't get the thread started on the date for the new theme and you are ready to post -- go ahead and start it - you don't have to wait for me to get it going!
