I just saw this, Jolene! Am SOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of you for making the commitment to train Apollo. (now you get to start on Emma! haha). You are training him just as you should be on the "come" command. Over and over and over again... on a long line. As he becomes more and more familiar (and responsive) to the command, you can eventually start dropping the line and let him wander off... but stay close enouogh where you can grab the line should he decide NOT to come to you, so you can reel him in. Always be sure you are in a safe place before doing this, though. Eventually, you won't need the long line at all... but that times a lot of time and is down the road. He's doing SUPER !! (and so are you!)

Yay Apollo! Wow~~ my Caesar can do a ton of tricks but he will NOT come when I call him. After seeing these videos I am very impressed...I want to start training him and Julia right away.
