Have had several requests via pm's for this video to be posted again... I think I posted it on the old site, but can't find it on the new site, so if this is a duplication, just chalk it up to old age! Won't be *here* much today.. have tons of work piled up to get caught up on (not that "caught up" really ever happens).

| I'm not a breeder, and don't know much about breeding. It's not my "thing". But I do know that a huge portion of a puppy's personality traits are inherited from the mother. I was highly impressed with Emma and her personality. When I used to train schutzand obedience, the traits we always looked for in a puppy were the traits that Emma possesses.... very confident, outgoing, friendly, energetic, not timid or shy in any way. I was so thrilled to see this little dog interact with all the people and bigger dogs without showing the least bit of intimidation or fear. Emma is going to be a little firecracker (already is!) and a joy to train! Sarah said all the pups possess this personality. I think the recipients of these puppies are very very fortunate. |

| Awww! Thank you Nora! She is quite the firecracker. Sometimes when she's barking or ( playfully ) growling at Apollo he'll look at me like "Mom, I think she's lost it." The only time she's not just going is when she's sleepy and she'll go to my feet and cry. I'll pick her up and within a minute she's sleeping. Other than that she's all over the place! |

| Start early with Emma.... she's coming to you by instinct at this point in her little life, but this can be definitely reinforced with ITSY BITSY treats ... reward her everytime she comes to you and she will learn at an early age that it's a good behavior! It will make it easier to train when she's older. Everytime you see her START to come... say "Emma Come!" and reward it. At this point you are rewarding an instinctive behavior, but the more it's reinforced... it will become a responsive behavior. |
