could he be any cuter!?  It looks like maybe it could be like orvis-he just sits and ahakes like that....hard to tell for sure from a video....i would ask your vet and maybe email that to the neuologist to see if he will take a look and see what he thinks before you spend time or money on it.  from what i understand the two keys are the stiff limbs which i couldn't tell from the video or the stop shaking when at rest or sleep.....if he has those signs i would THINK about going to the nueologist but wouldn't go just on my opion alone.....definately worth looking into but not jumping into!

Thanks. My vet is actually waiting to hear from the neurologist about the video right now. One is retired but VERY good so they wanted to try him and the other they weren't sure if he would charge a consult fee to look at it. We're still waiting, I just hate not knowing!! Thanks for looking!

Almost looks like he is humping? At least that's what it looks like on the video. Then when he goes to lick himself like something had bothered him down in that area. Hmmm
