What three events in history would you want to witness and why?

Pick three, any three, just for fun. If you could time travel, where would you go? What would you see? Why?

For me:

1.  The erecting of Stonehenge. What was the real reason it was built? Why was it built? and why have we lost those answers?

2. The Civil Rights Movement to hear Dr. Martin Luther King do his "I have a dream" speech.

3. The arrival of the first Polynesians to the islands of Hawaii. Where did they really come from? How did they find Hawaii? and what did they see as they were the first humans to step foot onto the islands?

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness.
Think of your three best friends

-- if they're okay, then it's you.

This is Cool.........

1. To see what america looked like before Europeans came to this country because I have always been facinated with early Native American life.

2. To visit Ireland and Scotland in the time of the Druids because the strength and magick of that time period has always been a draw for me.

3. To be with the first people to see the Grand Canyon just to gage their reaction because human beings are really facinating creatures to me.

1. The appearance of the Lord to His disciples -- could you call that an historical event?

2. The signing of the Constitution

3. The first moon walk (in person - I saw it on TV)

1. I'd go back to the 1800s and go along with the Lewis and Clark expedition. I'm curious as to what it would be like to have all that wild open land before you.

2. Back to the fifties, because I've always heard from older people about how great that era was.

3. I'd go back to Rome while it was in it's full glory, because I'm curious as to what all their temples and monuments looked like.

1.  Thomas Jefferson writing the Declaration of Independance--I love to hear his thoughts and ideas as he was writing this world changing document.

2.  Lincoln's Gettysburg Address--I wonder how the crowd reacted to his short, yet right to the point speech.

3.  Lee's surrender to Grant at Appomatox--Lee surrendered what was a way of life and major money maker in the south.

We'll have to outwit the fiend with our superior intelligence.
