Pami gave me this recipe the other day, because I was saying what a terible time I have craving sweets. This is low carb, low-fat, and low calorie, and it's very very tasty!  I made it, and it was SO GOOD!   YUMMMMM!

1 pkg sugar-free jello (I used strawberry)

1 small tub fat-free cottage cheese

1 small tub fat free Cool Whip

1 small can of Pineapple "tidbits" (drained)

Just mix all this up in a bowl together---(dry jello, no water)---and spoon it into your mouth.  The cottage cheese just adds texture and substance---you really don't taste it at all.  I also chopped up about 6 fresh strawberries into the mix.  OMG---gonna go home and make it again tonight!

Thanks, PAMI

Thank you BOTH! I've said time and time again that the way I keep my weight at where I want it to be is NO CARBS during the week....and then I indulge on the weekends. This recipe is great.

Sometimes I'll cut up a granny smith apple in pieces and toss it in a bag with dry strawberry Jello mix...then put it in tupperware container to snack on....its yummy! Kinda sweet, but not real sweet.
