Looking for a new recipe for cucumber salad. I do one with mayo, sour cream, vinegar and sliced onions. It's good but need a little help...I love cukes this time of year and want some new ideas.

a real easy way to do cucumbers is to pee, slice and gently coat with light coating of sour cream and sprinkle lightly with dehydrated mint (finely minced fresh if you have it). They eat them this way in Iran and they're very good with any mediterranean or middle eastern foods.

 This one is my favorite those I do not make it.  My sister does and then I take it home.

I know I hate when a recipe calls for peeing   

That sounds really refreshing. Probably a little more figure friendly too. Thanks !
