This is a recipe my sis in law made up. She makes it all the time. My nephew's and their friends love it!  They eat with tortila chips.

Okay heres how you make it. Its realy easy. First you need 1lb of hot sausage. Which you chop  up and cook in a skillet. Then to the crockpot add 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1/4 cup of chopped halapeno peppers,1 large velveta cheese and 1 8 oz cream cheese. and let this melt in the crockpot then add the sausage. When its done just leave the crockpot on low so the cheese mixture doesn't get hard. And then just eat it with whatever kind of chips you want.

I make this, but instead of sausage I used chopped pepperoni.  It's yummy on corn chips, crackers, or just by itself.

Oh and if you don't want to use   meat in this recipe you can leave it out  and just use the cheese. tomatoes and peppers. Or you can use the what is known as meatless meat. Its made out of vegtables. When my sis in law makes this she uses real meat. I usually use the vegatarian meat or none at all. So far no one has been able to tell the difference
