i found this recipe and never heard of putting pineapple in a meatloaf before so i thought i'd share, it's really good, you can put ketchup, sweet/sour sauce, or barbecue sauce on it (i prefer the bbq but some of my family thinks that's too sweet so they use ketchup)

anyway, enjoy!

Pineapple Meatloaf!

1 beaten egg
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained) DON'T USE FRESH PINEAPPLE! (my mom tried it and it never set)

Mix the ingredients in a big bowl and divide into 6 (4"X2" loaves

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

you can put the sauce on while it's cooking or afterwards depending on your preference...
