I just made this for our cookout today with my parents.  It looks awesome and sure it tastes just as good.

35 Nilla Wafers, finely crushed

1/2 stick butter melted

2  medium bananas, halved lengthwise, and quartered

2 squares Baker's  Semi-Sweet Baking chocolate, divided

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

2 cups milk

2 pkg (4 serving size) Vanilla Pudding/Pie filling mix

2 cups Thawed Cool Whip

2 tbsp Peanuts

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix wafer crumbs and melted butter together.  Press onto bottom and sides of pie pan.  Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool completely, then top with bananas.

Chop 1/2 square of chocolate for topping and reserve for garnish.  Microwave remaining chocolate and peanut butter on HIGH for 1 minute.  Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.  Pour over top of bananas and set aside.

In large bowl pour in milk.  Add dry pudding mix and beat with mixture for 2 minutes or until well blended.  Gently stir in 1 cup cool whip.  Spread overtop bananas; then top with remaining cool whip.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Top with chopped chocolate and peanuts before serving.  Store leftover pie in fridge.

I got this one off the cool whip website. I used Sugar Free Cool Whip and it tasted just as good and the regular cool whip.
