I have about 1.5 pounds of hamburger meat thawed.  What is fast and easy to make out of it?  I've thought of tacos or meatloaf, but I'm not too excited about either of them.

or macaroni and ground beef, with a cheese sauce or chili mac or chili

How about some cheesy mac. Make the hamburger meat with the taco seasoning and mix with macaroni and cheese.
Maybe, sloppy joes.
Season the meat with taco seasoining and serve over baked potatoes with lots of cheese.

Hamburger steak. Mix in some Lipton Onion Soup mix, 1 egg, form into patties and either grill or fry. Serve with LOTS of ketchup on top!
