I have 3 left over bone-in BBQ'd with seasoning pork chops left from last night.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I make with them tonight?  I want a main dish and no fried rice.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Pulled pork sandwiches! pull the meat apart add more bbq sauce if need, corn on the cobb or cole slaw or baked beans. That's what I always do with left over pork.

Could also slice them and put them in a soup.
